Today, Bracken has 20 full-time employees plus a consulting team of MDs and PhDs that have been published in peer-reviewed journals over 500 times.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a marketing background and project management skills, preferably with experience in proposal and contracts management within a client services business.
A strong-fit for this role is someone who aligns with our core values and autonomous fully-remote culture. This is a new hybrid role to fulfill two high priority needs within our business; together comprising a full-time workload.
This person will be the in-house marketer for Bracken. You will have the opportunity to develop strategies with the team and execute them and then deploy them using our creative services team.
The second component of the role is managing client contracts by fulfilling work orders that come from the business development and account services teams. This will give you exposure to working across our divisions: operations, consulting, analytics, and marketing services.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Act as the project manager for all internal marketing initiatives which includes overseeing the development of marketing content, social media campaigns, advertisements, website updates, and PR efforts for Bracken
- Assist in developing strategies and plans for the above activities
- Work directly with our creative services team to develop and deploy assets for the above activities
- Communicate sales and marketing updates across the Bracken team
- Act as support to the sales, services and operational people within our team
- Produce contracts (based on templates) for new work orders that come into the business. Assist account owners to get contracts fully executed in a timely fashion
- Advise on methods of improving marketing and contracting processes
- Travel to in-person team events as needed (currently 2 per year)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of B2B marketing or sales enablement experience
- Life science industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to successfully manage marketing projects within an agile framework
- Proficiency in communicating on the topics of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, growth marketing, advertising and sales enablement
- Comfort with sales and marketing technology; HubSpot is a major plus
