The Program Manager will provide leadership and support in the everyday program management from strategy to implementation of the Staffing and Scheduling Excellence initiative in Reinvention. This leader will lead a team of senior project and associated strategy managers and work in a highly cross-functional work team spanning Store Operations, DAIBO, Starbucks Technology, Retail Communication and Retail.
The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
As a program manager, you will…
- Be responsible for everyday Staffing and Scheduling initiative milestones and creating momentum for work, alignment, and decisions to progress.
- Be responsible for a team.
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a complex, cross-functional team.
