How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing an IT team and the implementation process of our new Dealer Management System (DMS). This role will be critical to our ability to seamlessly support our dealerships and guests.

  • Leads team in effective and efficient conversion to a new Dealer Management System (DMS) software.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, security and peripheral devices
  • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers
  • Troubleshooting networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
  • Support and administer third-party applications
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Troubleshoot server and server application issues
  • Define network policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain patches, updates, and upgrades to servers, workstations
  • Manage VOIP phone system
  • Provide technical guidance and support for IT Helpdesk team as needed
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 on call environment

Skills Needed to Win:

  • College degree and/or certification in Information Systems/Technology is strongly desired. 3-5+ years’ experience in a related Information Technology profession; the equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • CCNA (Preferred) But not required
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA, (Preferred) But not required
  • IT Project Management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative problem- solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work projects while supporting daily operations
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, GPO and Windows Server. O365 Internet and Email Security. Cisco networking devices and VOIP systems. Required.

Preferred Working Knowledge:

  • Networking: Routers, firewalls, switches, LAN, WAN, wireless
  • Networking Protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, QOS
  • Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, O365, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity
  • Virtualization: VMWare ESXI
  • Storage: SAN, NAS
  • Data: SQL, Backup, Recovery, Replication
  • PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other scripting experience
