Creates and develops reports and data elements for analysis. Utilizes data elements and respective sources for all metrics used to monitor various KPI’s.
Job Responsibility
1.Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
2.Transforms and maps data from one “raw” data form into another format with the intent of making it more appropriate and valuable for a variety of downstream purposes such as analytics.
3.Integrates data from multiple sources.
4.Using SQL scripts, automates and architect reports in various platforms.
5.Responsible for creating analytic data keys and Workforce Intelligence data maps.
6.Able to normalized data in an effort to standardized key fields across source systems. Maintaining all mapping keys, maps and tables utilized for reporting purposes.
7.Performs data extractions from all available data sources. Maintains and tracks new field values that are introduced to the data sets.
8.Regularly exercises independent judgment on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations
9.May provide technical guidance and direction to support team members, contractors, and/or vendors.
10.Often determines methods/approach to work/projects and establishes own work priorities and timelines
11.May be assigned to an ongoing or short-term process. Performs related duties as required.

Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required
3-5 years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

The salary range for this position is $79,880-$136,340/year
