SAP MDG SME – Lead:
o 10+ years of SAP ERP plus SAP MDG implementation experience. Minimum 2 large scale SAP MDG implementation project
o Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Data Governance/MDM in a functional and technical capacity
o Very good understanding on key master data objects like Material Master, Customer Master, Product Master, Finance master data object
o Must have a technical background and be able to lead data integration, data modeling, MDM workflow, etc. through a firsthand understanding
o High degree of proficiency in data profiling and modeling
o Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills
o SAP MDG certification is a plus
• Responsibilities:
o Working closely with business stakeholders of all levels to champion data governance enterprise-wide
o Facilitating strategic decisions regarding Master Data policy, standards and procedures
o Setting the technical direction for the overall MDM solution architecture, define the component architecture, review detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture across the complete data lifecycle
o Fulfilling the role of System Administrator for SAP MDG tool
o Executing processes and maintenance of various Master Data Management elements to ensure accurate data creation, transformation, and retention
o Maintaining Metadata stores for Master Data Attributes, Definitions, and Usages
o Work with project teams to design enterprise application solutions to business problems with deep cross functional impact and provide design leadership to other team members
o Perform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements as needed
o Lead cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projects
o Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders
o Analyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscape
o Navigate through ISI’s Project Management Methodology and standards to deliver business needs in an agile manner
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $93,800 to $199,600.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
