As a SAP CAR Functional Analyst, you will be focused on Sales Audit process supporting the SAP enterprise solution with strategic project initiatives. This position is a senior IT professional with deep knowledge and technical expertise who determines how to fulfill business needs. Identifies and analyzes often difficult and complex requirements that can be fulfilled through SAP CAR, S4 and connecting interfaces. Collaborates with fellow analysts, architects, and technical development team to confirm functional and technical requirements, system capabilities, design, configuration, and resolution of system functionality issues and gaps.
• Establish collaborative and productive relationships with internal IT department, business partners, external partners
• Responsible for developing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and managing changes to such specifications
• Leverage knowledge of Sales Audit best practices, functional design to deliver robust, future ready capabilities
• Develop functional and technical designs, configurations, guide developers, conduct system testing and coordinate user testing/training
• Technology thought leadership -technology evangelist, promoting our business strategies and advancing our technology capabilities through knowledge of standard process with customer focus
• Demonstrate functional and best practices experience and leverage these to promote our technology capabilities
• Own functional documentation including but not limited to requirements documents, product backlog, functional specification, business process documentation, etc.
• Assist the business and enterprise change management teams to build and execute change management and training strategy for new applications
• Provide transparent / honest status and communication to business partners and leadership
WHAT YOU BRING
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of SAP CAR, S4 integration points for transactional and master data.
• Good understanding of SAP CAR OAA (Omni Channel Article Availability) dynamic sourcing engine via Fiori for strategic suppliers’ inventory visibility and fulfillment capabilities via web channels and to the store.
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of SAP technologies including EDI, IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Good understanding of SAP CAR & it’s integration with Brick & Mortar Store system and back-end SAP S4 system for pricing and inventory update.
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge in additional SAP technologies including but not limited to Fiori, SAP Retail Store, CAR and Hybris
• Should be able to act as a liaison between Discount Tire IT and business teams, as well as System Integrators (SIs), to drive architecture solutions.
• Good exposure to SAP IS Retail and Supply Chain comprehensive business functions in the areas of sales, service, and operations (Ordering – Purchase Order, Stock Transfer Order, Receiving, Goods Movements, Returns, Inventory Adjustments, Physical Inventory, Reports).
• Good exposure to SAP application work experience in MM, LO, LE, FI and/or SD modules.
• Operate at a high level in ambiguous situations, while identifying problems and providing solutions
• Ability to navigate multi-functional relationships and influence with a strategic and analytical approach
• Proven capability of solving complex business problems though data, analysis, and insights
• Ability to look at problems from a high level and offer recommended solutions across the value chain (cause and effect)
• High level understanding of Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, Retail, or related experience preferred

not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary
range for the tagged location is $105,600-$214,200
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and/or technologies and you are seen as subject matter expert within your unit and beyond.
• Qualification: Minimum 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.
• Should be master in Package Configuration.
• Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
