Job Title: Systems Analyst I

Location: 100% Remote

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining various types of electronic files, completing service requests for existing electronic files, and attending meetings as needed to provide continued support to our internal and external customers.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain electronic files using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, Solar winds and C#.
  • Develop knowledge of internal and external file interfaces, layouts and requirements, and associated systems/applications. Including HIPAA Standard 5010 layout (834 file), proprietary file layout, in load schema for accuracy and to be able to provide feedback.
  • Responsible for managing, prioritizing, and completing open service requests for existing products and services in a timely manner to support our clients and vendors. Escalates when necessary.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Competently documents or enhances processes/procedures to promote streamlined processes for the Software Analyst team to ensure team members can competently complete service requests.
  • Works efficiently independently or as a team, multi-tasking and prioritizing appropriately to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attending meetings to provide support to our internal and external customers to gain knowledge of unique client or vendor requests, service requests that need additional attention or learn of changes that impact day to day responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST information security requirements to protect client information.
  • Adheres culture by demonstrating Integrity, Initiative, Good Judgment, and Teamwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure individual and group goals are achieved with Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires AA/AS degree in computer science or information systems or related field of study.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience systems engineering, system testing or systems analysis experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and C#.
  • Knowledge of project management and documentation.
  • Knowledge of third-party administrator industry processes and understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of GBAS eligibility enrollment functions.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $49,200 to $88,560
