Overview
Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is actively seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to efficiently fill vacant positions while fostering strong collaboration with our HR department, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team. This role is customer-oriented, necessitating a high degree of professionalism, outstanding communication skills, adaptability, and a relentless drive for success. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated and experienced Health Services recruitment team in our multi-state healthcare organization. While this position is remote, it will require future travel to local communities for various purposes, such as building relationships with hiring managers, training operators on the recruitment process and ATS usage, participating in career fairs and recruiting events, and addressing other recruiting and customer service needs as they arise. This role will report directly to the Health Services Recruiting Manager.

Wages: $60,000 – $75,000 annual salary DOE *geographic location will be considered*

What You’ll Need:
- Candidates must currently reside in a state where PRS operates. Candidates residing in OR, WA, AZ preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Human Resources or Communications degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent management.
- Experience independently managing recruitment case load preferred.
- Must be highly proficient in using MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must have a basic understanding of HTML. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards highly preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be customer service oriented.
- Must be willing/able to travel.
