The salary range for this position is $103,654 – $ 129,568 based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Solutions Administrator on our IT team, you will play a crucial role in managing our complex network of software services that support the entire company. The successful candidate will be part of a team that builds solutions, implements new software and hardware, and provides current and next generation system designs.
You will be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills to all job responsibilities. You will perform administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system work together seamlessly. Monitor system health and respond to issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain company software as needed. Maintain software requirements and support developers in a fast-paced environment; help research new software related technologies, develop requirements, and implement custom solutions to support our customer’s mission
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Microsoft Teams expert. Ideal candidate will champion Teams usage to its full potential
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products, Zoom, Medius software systems preferred
- Document user onboarding steps, user training and system maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to user community
- Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced user
- Manage implementation for system enhancements; Articulates user and technology needs, pain points, user impact, and desired outcomes for features.
- Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulates product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners.
- Articulate to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach in a simple and clear manner that can be easily understood by varied audiences – technical and non-technical.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking ability.
- Execution and results focused, with emphasis on on-time delivery, ability to structure complex work streams and work independently and with teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years’ experience with 3-5 years as Systems Admin., Product Manager or similar.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
- BA/BS with emphasis on quantitative skills such as in business, engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience developing and working with matrix organizations desired. Strong collaboration skills; ability to work collaboratively with other functions. Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers to achieve a desired outcome.
- Ability to connect with user community as well as understand technical problems and solutions
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- A sense of diligence, accountability, bias toward action and healthy sense of urgency
- Ability to roll up one’s sleeves to do whatever it takes get the job done
- Experience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industries preferred
