About the Role:

Work with Product teams to define, implement, and analyze an analytics suite of reports and provide insight into the numbers to help improve results. Partner with the existing Data Implementation Specialists (data collection), Data Advisor and Data Analysts to ensure successful implementation analytic solutions.

You Will:

Support app analytics operations, experiment analysis and co-developing learning agendas.

You will contribute to the ongoing development of our analytics infrastructure while helping the larger team unlock the value of our customer data.

Support the data and analytics design and analysis of A/B tests serving as a

supportive partner to product on implementation.

Conduct strategic analyses to identify business opportunities to add value for the business.

Partner with our Digital Product and Engineering team to inform product decisions.

Apply statistical methods to make predictions and inform personalization.

Seek out and investigate new technologies to improve analytics practice.

Build new dashboards using Tableau or Google Data Studio off of the new

Customer and Content Data Lakes, and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and

quarterly dashboards.

Interpret trends from the data and working with product and editorial

partners to help them understand the dynamics behind the data.

Proposing future actions or opportunities based on the insights learnt.

Ensure QA of data capture on all mobile apps.

Host training sessions for partners, and presenting data highlights from a business opportunity/benefit perspective.

Tools/Skills:

Proficient in SQL or knowledge of relational databases and methods to

retrieve data. Hands-on coding experience.

Experience with one or more analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Apps

Flyer, Parse.ly, Piano).

Experience with one or more Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker,

Tableau).

Experience with debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, Assurance/Project Griffon).

You Have:

Have worked in Media or within an organization that deals with

membership and advertising models.

College degree or technical degree in computing, data science, or analytics (ex,

Statistics, Engineering, Economics). Advanced degrees welcome.

3+ years working in data and analytics, with an emphasis on digital product or

web analytics. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or Google Analytics

preferred.

2+ years of experience with applied statistics or experimentation in an industry

setting. Experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely.

5 years working with data; with a focus on data quality, identifying data issues,

sources, cleansing processes.

Pay Range: $40,000 – $160,000
