Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 and 3) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) team in Everett, Washington!

This exciting opportunity is to work as part of a team of Supply Chain Management Analysts procuring parts for the Electrical commodities for the commercial division of the Boeing Company. This will entail working with your suppliers to ensure that parts are received in a timely manner. Collaborating with peer and leadership on process improvements. Attending tier meetings with your customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
  • Coordinates part number attributes.
  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
  • Releases and maintains orders.
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
  • Reports schedule adherence issues.
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.
  • Creates schedules for products and services.
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements.
  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with external suppliers.
  • 3+ years of experience with customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN applications.
  • Must be able to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Typical Education/Experience:

Level 2

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Level 3

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Level 2 Summary pay range: $66,300 – $89,700

Level 3 Summary pay range: $81,600 – $110,400
