Skylight is seeking a Director of Growth Product with a passion for increasing viral loops, retention, and lovable consumer subscription features through software. The ideal candidate will have mobile, web, and lifecycle product experience, and possess a growth product mindset with a deep understanding of subscription software services, network effects, and understand how lifecycle marketing intersects with product growth.
