Are you looking to be in critical role that serves as an ambassador to Focus Partners? Our Partner Account Manager role allow you to be just that!

In this role, you will be an integral part of the partner’s business! We need someone that can maintain a positive relationship across all the various departments and teams in the organization. We are looking for someone with a driving force with a confirmed business development mentality along with possessing ambitious skills with a steadfast passion that will help expand and grow their assigned Partners revenue. The PAM will handle key partner activities including forecasting, quota attainment, sales training, sales/opportunity management, compliance with certification requirements. Co-Develop a business plan aligning Partner strengths, Juniper end-to-end solutions, and key Target Markets. Articulate our strategies to owners, senior management and partner personnel. Develop relationships to obtain and develop leads that cultivate opportunities. Work closely with Juniper regional sales teams to ensure proper Channel engagement. Coordinate regional sales operations, service, and marketing activities with local partners.
Responsibilities

  • A senior resource leading partners with direct knowledge in large technology deals, with special focus on the following domains: Routing, Switching, Security, Core, Campus & Branch, Datacenter & Cloud Services.
  • Help partner move into strategic areas for Juniper around ecosystems in Data Center, Campus, NFV and Automation
  • Ability to demonstrate skills vital for win/win negotiation of issues with peers, distributors, and partners required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in selling Managed Service Space, Software Sales, and/or Cloud Provide reliable partner forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual interval
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within assigned territory.
  • College degree and 5 years sales experience in technology

Minimum Salary: $176,000.00

Maximum Salary:$253,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $176,000.00 and $253,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
