Position Summary:
CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst in our Scottsdale Headquarters. The Supply Chain Analyst will be mainly responsible for inventory management and replenishment of different warehouse locations. You will have the opportunity to have experience in many other supply chain responsibilities like supply planning & demand planning as well and how each responsibility is linked to each other.
What You’ll Do:
- Inventory management of the main warehouse location and inventory replenishment for the other storage locations located in US & overseas
- Wall-to-wall counting operation & reporting for warehouse locations in US
- Inventory and replenishment for DTC business channel
- Expiring & discontinuing stock management, reporting and quarterly scrapping process
- Logistics arrangements for replenishment and other activities
- Participation to all new projects about new warehouse locations and implementation of such projects
- Management of new kits projects which requires replenishment of inventory, purchase of packaging components required for kits and the co-packing activities with 3rd party providers
- Provide backup for supply planning operation, mainly around materials management and ordering as needed

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the customer service, logistics, inventory management, supply planning fields
Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
SAP experience, or equivalent experience
Salary Range $88,800 – $116,550 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive
offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
