Position Summary:
Our Field Engineering Specialists are responsible for providing design and engineering specific guidance and support to the Semper installations and sales teams to ensure efficient and compliant designs and installations.
Responsibilities
- Receiving requests from the field operations amd sales teams to review and address PV and Energy storage designs
- Vet all requests in a timely manner and provide clear direction to both the installation and design groups
- Providing job level cost estimating on an as needed basis
- Other duties and tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of electrical/building codes and energy storage installation / PV installation standards and methods
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in construction in the renewables industry
- Experience interacting/coordinating with multiple divisions within an organization
- Previous experience in installation or design is required
- Previous experience with solar PV installation and energy storage systems is required
- Previous experience in project estimating and cost analysis is preferred
Pay: $25 to $31
