Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Construction Project Planner/Scheduler
Position type: Full-time Contract to Hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana and Raleigh, North Carolina
As a C onstruction Project Planner/Scheduler you will be:
Planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and analysis of a major construction project within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
Working with the project controls team, generating the baseline schedule in P6 as well as setting up the resource loading of the schedule when required.
A thorough knowledge of company’s contracting, finance, purchasing, engineering, and controls procedures as well as advanced knowledge of the commissioning of clean water utilities, piping systems, automated controls equipment and construction techniques within cGXP guidelines required
- Collaborative scheduling and facilitating pull-planning sessions that are attended by all stakeholders.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules using P6 so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing alternate methods for corrective action.
- Analyze schedules from A/E firms, Vendors and General Contractors.
- Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
- Work closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced
- Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong Construction Industry background, planning and scheduling in a Pharma, Biotech, Life Science facility.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55/hr – $60/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
