Full-Stack Developer – w/ Elk

Responsibilities

Peraton Labs is seeking a Full Stack Developer (with ELK)

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individual, who will help us build innovative solutions for CyberSecurity research programs.

Working closely with our developers, this role will be focused on building out the UI/UX framework, including display of analytics and dashboard reporting. Further, in this role, you will work closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and product management to help them understand how they can benefit from the use of these information structures. Finally, as a detail-focused individual, you will manage the governance process for how we manage and grow this valuable information, including:

  • Developing functional UI/UX frameworks that scale
  • Optimizing applications for scalability and speed
  • Collaborating with other team members, designers, and business owners
  • Staying up-to-date on the newest technologies
  • Identifying and exploring new opportunities to use new technologies to improve the platform
  • Understanding business needs and developing solutions that delight consumer and customers

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5 or HS 9-11
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar degree
  • Experience as a full stack developer
  • 1-2+ years of experience working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and related front-end technologies in a professional environment
  • Experience with JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, Vue and React
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining ELK Stack implementation (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Good understanding of functional programming
  • Familiarity with JS automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience developing front end web applications
  • Experience with backend/API development
  • SQL/NoSQL database modeling and administration

None required – Willing to obtain a Top Secret

Target Salary Range

$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
