We manage the technology services for more than 3,000 events annually, including virtually every Fortune 500 Company event and major tradeshow. Today, we proudly employ more than 250 team members nationwide. Our Las Vegas headquarters is home to our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, along with our Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides Internet security services and remote 24/7 monitoring for all our networks.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating new features, applications, and functionality per business needs.
- Maintaining existing applications.
- Work alongside other software developers and under direction of the Director of Software Development to plan and design future features and products.
- Helping with other software disciplines, products, and office initiatives as needed.
- Working with various stakeholders to determine business requirements.
- Documenting and diagraming systems and reporting on projects.
- Contribute to overall team effort.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a software developer in a professional setting.
- 2+ years of industry experience with C# and MS frameworks.
- 2+ years of industry experience with mobile application development using at least one of the following frameworks: iOS SDK (Obj-c), Android SDK (Java), Flutter SDK (Dart).
- Willingness to learn different languages, platforms, tools, and SDKs.
- Ability to create beautiful and engaging UI and UX including wireframes.
- Experience in writing and managing backend APIs, including REST.
- Experience with SQL (MS SQL, SQLite, MySQL).
- Knowledge of security and privacy best practices.
- Ability to work with little direction, organize projects and follow up on tasks.
- Ability to communicate well via video calls, speech, and writing.
Preferred:
- Experience with modular and extensible software frameworks and templating engines.
- Experience with Containerization, Docker and Kubernetes (k8s).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud infrastructure products.
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
