As a Sr. Technical Project Manager, you will:
The successful candidate will have proven systems implementation project management experience within a digital marketing or business technology environment. They are able to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, concise deliverables for the project team.
- P artner with functional leads to define and document project scope and communicate to all key stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables align with business goals and project scope.
- Create and maintain the project plan and schedule to support the successful, on-time execution of the project.
- Track milestones, manage task/project dependencies, and monitor task progress, handoffs, and deliverable status through our project management tool, Workfront.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years successfully managing complex, technical projects in a business to business environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented.
• Proven experience leading/driving global, cross-functional virtual teams.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Adept leverage of soft skills, including ability to negotiate and manage conflict.
• PMP certification is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $75/hr – 80/hr W2.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
