Curb Machine Foreman Operator
Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise USA is currently seeking a Concrete Curb Machine Foreman Operator to support a concrete contrition team. The Curb Machine Foreman Operator will work on commercial, DOT and residential projects including curb, sidewalk, gutter, ramps and other flatwork as needed.
Position Overview:Our client is looking someone with experience operating a concrete curb machine and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Necessary Attributes:
- Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.
- Employees will be required to do long periods of time standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.
- May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and leather work boots.
- Must meet employment standards with regards to drug and background checks.
- Must have the ability to stand, crawl and kneel for long periods of time.
- Work environments will vary, making it necessary to tolerate weather conditions, such as rain and extreme temperatures. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, varying temperatures, loud noises, etc.

Requirements
- Must have 2+ years’ experience operating a curb machine, experience with power-curber 5700D-max. Curb and gutter, barrier wall application machines is a must.
- Experience with Leica LPS machine control system preferred.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience working with concrete, building/dismantling forms and supporting concrete pouring/finishing operation.
- Must have experience finishing curb, gutter, drains and ADA ramps.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record by complying with standards established by company policy.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
- Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.
