As theDirector of Social Serviceswith The Summit,you will play a key role in supporting residents and families. In collaboration with our department directors, medical professionals, and community agencies, you will:
- Plan, develop and organize social service programs that meet our resident-directed goals
- Provide intensive and/or continuing counseling and support to residents for their particular needs
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual psychosocial needs of our residents
As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the educational and community-action initiatives supporting awareness of the resident rights, and will advocate for programs which support the needs and lifestyles of those we serve.
