Lockheed Martin seeks a motivated Integrated Integration and Test Systems Engineer to join the Protected Communications team.

As the Integrated Integration and Test Systems Engineer to join the Protected Communications team, you will:
• Perform as a Systems Engineer responsible for verification of test procedure execution during verification sell off
• Review, evaluate and have an understanding of test requirements
• Develop, prepare and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules supporting production and development programs for systems of systems
• Have an understanding of and support lower-level checkouts that build up to system of system level demonstrations
• Perform integration studies, tasks, and implementation
• Support System Engineering in the development and verification of System and Segment requirements
• Perform data review and data reduction, and generate final test reports
• Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting, to identify root cause and corrective actions to resolve technical issues, and develop re-test procedures, as needed
• Prepare Test Readiness Review and Test Exit Review presentation packages
• Identify and lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Have an understanding of and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of Test Engineering including procedures, process discipline and command media

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Test Engineering process knowledge and experiences
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• System level test experience
• Integration, test plans and procedures development experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to an audience with varied technical backgrounds
• Experience with spacecraft architecture design, integration and test, with knowledge
of space systems
• Experience with customer facing reviews: TIM, TRR, TER
• Proactive inter-personal skills across all levels of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner, work independently, and leverage best practices
• Experience with Automation Framework
• Active Secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $100,400 – $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $115,500 – $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
