Responsibilities
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting logistics requirements for the DMDC Worldwide Hardware Software program. Critical components include coordinating inventory management of all datacenter and end user assets, shipping and receiving coordination & reporting. In addition, the logistics position works collaboratively with the customer and regionally align team members to manage the flow of material to and from the customer sites.

What you will do:
- Support data center and end user material movement in accordance with SLA/AQL requirements for response to trouble tickets.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for site pickup and delivery confirmation to ensure material is properly tracked and updated in the IPMS.
- Responsible for the management, execution and reporting of Life Cycle Replacement and operational requirements.
- Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports on shipping cost and vendor performance against established thresholds and objectives.
- Receives, validates, labels and readies hardware for inclusion and disposal, executing approved sanitization, destruction and DMRO actions and preparations.
- Maintains lifecycle logistics data within IPMS tool.
- Responsible for the tracking, logging, analyzing and reporting of logistics activities related to maintenance activities for validation, compliance and improvement opportunities.
- Creates pull sheets to support Life Cycle Replacement & Maintenance activities in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Uses Enterprise IPMS to manage all workload requirements.
- Logistics systems administration including inventory management systems.
- Provides support for Peraton Asset Manager responsible for equipment accountability including maintaining inventory management system in collaboration with the Peraton Asset Manager
Qualifications
- BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- Experience with supply or logistics management systems
- Knowledge of datacenter and end user equipment types and descriptions to assist in locating and supporting logistics requirements
- Expert Excel skills to support government reporting requirements related to management and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with an ITSM system such as SNOW
- ITIL Training or certification
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage projects and tasks with competing priorities and high-demand customers
- Ability to coordinate with small teams for short term projects and activities
- High level of attention to detail and accountability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prepare project and task presentations and leadership reporting
- US Citizenship required
- Active US SECRET security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- IAT I or II certification (Ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start)
- Experience with an inventory management system such as DPAS
- Project Management experience or certification

Target Salary Range
$66,000 – $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
