This positions is to work within multiple NAVAIR Analytics programs supporting PMA 261 and PMA 299. The ideal candidate will manage existing performance based logistic analytic teams that development tools, methods and processes that enable program managers to optimize program cost, metrics and incentives. Provide core skillsets on the team to optimize tool development and production. The ideal candidate will also focus on establishment and operation of a fleet analytics center to support the H-53 E and K aircraft fleets. Interface with other Fleet Analytics team members to share best practices and discuss creative way for solving shared challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

– Complete understanding of performance based logistic contracts including metrics, and KPI. Ability to take program requirements.

– Strong understanding of Naval Supply System, NAVAIR Available Data Systems

– Qualified candidate must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
Desired Skills:
– Develop analytic tools and processes to intuitively present current, accurate and complete data to the program managers.

– Programming skills (Python, .net, SQL others as required), Visualization (Tableau)

– Experienced with the application of statistics and data-mining in business environment (trend discovery and analysis, text mining, correlation and pattern discovery, etc…)

– Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with key internal and external stakeholders, and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations

– Familiarity with H-53E/K & H-60 aircraft maintenance, support and/or design required

– Strong people and technical leadership skill with experience as a team leader

– Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects

– Exceptional verbal and written skills and ability to present complex technical issues to customers and LM management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 – $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
