We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Writer who can produce engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for our website. The ideal candidate will have experience using Semrush or Ahrefs to locate relevant keywords and follow instructions while ensuring that the content they produce does not compete with existing pages on our website.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content for our website, including service-related pages, technology news, tutorials, and other topics as needed.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to ensure that content is optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a content plan and develop a content outline that includes page interlinking and identifies gaps in our website that competitors may use.
- Ensure that all content produced is original, accurate, and aligned with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
- Proofread and edit all content to ensure that it is free of errors and meets the company’s quality standards.
- Work independently to manage deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a freelance writer, preferably with experience using Semrush or Ahrefs to locate keywords.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to avoid developing competing content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create content that is engaging and informative.
