Project Administrator, Renewables Due Diligence Services

What you’ll learn & achieve:

As a member of the Due Diligence team, the Project Administrator is responsible for supporting Project Managers or technical specialists to support the financing, sale, or acquisition of wind and solar projects.

The position will include various duties such as document compilation, editing and formatting of reports, data room organization, database entry, and editing and formatting of reports, memos, and other Client deliverables.

The position is high profile, and requires a mature and experienced candidate with effective communication, project management, and technical skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a can-do spirit and willingness to work hard in a team environment to achieve shared success.

We would expect your primary duties will include:

  • Receive, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other Project documentation.
  • Maintain Due Diligence filing structure.
  • Assist Project Managers to maintain Issues Logs.
  • Support Project Managers or technical specialists with the compilation, editing and formatting of reports, memos, and other Client deliverables.
  • Support with compilation, editing and formatting, and review of power point presentations for internal training, meetings, as well as presentations used for conferences or Client meetings.
  • Review, download, and process documentation in data rooms to support Project Managers.
  • Ensure project deliverables stay on time, on target, and on budget.
  • Confer with various staff members as necessary to perform the work.

What makes you a great fit:

  • At least bachelors-level education (Business Administration or related field)
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and successfully manage multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives.
  • Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ideally, previous experience in renewable energy

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $47,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position. All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 5% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
    We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
