The Front Desk Team Leadis responsible for monitoring the activities and performance of the front desk clerks during his or her shift to ensure that high standards and efficiency are maintained. This individual directly supervises front desk, and has overall responsibility for the smooth operations of the front desk during the absence of the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Desk Managers.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlets: Colter Bay Village, Flagg Ranch, Jackson Lake Lodge, and Jenny Lake Lodge.

  • Wage: $17.50 / hour
  • Skill Level: Advanced

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • 1 year previous hospitality experience

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • 2 years college level education
  • 2 years Hospitality experience
  • 1 year Supervisory experience
