Juniper’s Software Business transformation team is looking for a seasoned Product Manager seeking a new challenge. The incumbent Product Manager will be responsible for driving cross-segment alignment between all product & service groups in support of a new software-oriented business model.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of:
- Networking, Security and Support Services
- Hyperscalers – AWS, Azure and GCP
- Kubernetes, Serverless, SaaS and AIOps
- The major players in the telecommunications and cloud sectors
The Product Manager role is a mix of inbound and outbound activity, making product management skills with a heavy customer focus a prerequisite. We are seeking candidates with experience in:
- Business Planning & Execution including Business Cases, P&L, Financial Modeling, RoI, Forecasting, Pricing & Bundling, Feature Prioritization/Roadmaps
- Competitive Analysis / Market Research inclusive of working with Marketing & Analysts
- Product Launches, Pitches, Presentations
- GTM strategy, Sales Enablement, Customer Engagement, Identification of Requirement, Use Cases & Creation of Differentiated Value
- Cross Business Unit Collaboration
Qualified candidates will have more than 3 years of experience in product & services management and 5+ years of experience in the networking industry. End-user experience (either through certification or work on the customer side) is a major plus.
The ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment, being a team player, as well as strong communication, strategic, and operational skills are all critical requirements for the position.
Minimum Salary: $179,200.00
Maximum Salary:$257,600.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $179,200.00 and $257,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
