POSITION SUMMARY
The Web and Email Coordinator will support the execution of marketing tactics and content placement including, but not limited to, the GET website and B2C email programs. This position will help maintain the brand website, ensuring it displays accurate product information and promotional content along with building and executing marketing emails.
The Web and Email Coordinator will handle general back-end housekeeping of the website content management system (CMS), coordinate product launches throughout the year with multiple touring brands, and work closely with the Webmaster and Communications Specialist to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Along with the Webmaster and the Marketing Team, publish regular content updates to our web CMS, Umbraco, including creating and editing webpages, uploading text and image-based content, entering SEO and meta data, etc.
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets in preparation for and coordination with seasonal launches and promotional cycles
- Assist in developing and maintaining image/asset workflow
- Work effectively and efficiently with the creative teams and cross-functional partners
- Work and collaborate with the TTC family of brands, including troubleshooting and correcting API data received from sister brands
- Track and maintain production and publication schedules within our site and CMS using a project management system
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications Specialist to deploy B2C email communications and automated marketing journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Monitor, maintain, and report on live email journeys and sends to ensure proper regular deployment
- Ensure design and layouts of emails are user and mobile-friendly
- Proofread content messaging while building within established email templates
- Perform any administrative duties as assigned or needed

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of website experience preferred
- Website CMS data entry, Umbraco knowledge preferred
- Execution of B2C email sends and customer journey builds in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Ability to utilize web tools and in-house technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data
- Experience executing B2C emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar B2C email platform
- Umbraco or similar CMS knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Position is based in Tigard, OR, and will be required to be in the office a couple of days a week.
PAY RANGE
- $26.44 to $27.88 an hour
