Pay Transparency: The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $43/hour – $58.28/hourContract: Remote / 8 monthBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met) Agile Product Owner Advisor Position OverviewThe job profile for this position is Agile Product Owner Advisor, with a focus on AWS integration project work.The Agile Product Owner Advisor will be responsible to provide the “voice of the customer” at the Scrum team level working as part of USM-Integration Solutions team. This individual will utilize their strong business and technical skills and experience to manage their team’s intake of work, as well as prioritize delivery and maximize business value being delivered by their Scrum team. In addition, they must be able to work collaboratively as part of a larger technology organization empowered to analyze and deliver innovative solutions to the marketplace. Key Responsibilities• Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product (s) they support• Works with system teams and business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of direction• Collaborates with the requesters to ensure their prioritization is reflected in the team’s backlog• Maintains and refines the inflow of work to the team (product backlog)• Comprehend and provide analysis, architecture and design support for scrum team(s)• Sets and communicates the team’s scope for the current iteration. Required Experience / Qualifications• AWS experience, minimum cloud practitioner certification• Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of the industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results• Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels.• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience in API Standards, Microservices Architecture and Cloud capabilities• Experience in RESTful APIs and SOAP services and message formats such as JSON and XML• Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners• Understands key provider data business objectives and strategy Preferred Experience/ Qualifications• Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery• Experience with Agile development; Agile certification is a plus (i.e. SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner)Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex, childbirth (including pregnancy) or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.
