Essential Job Functions:
In this exciting opportunity, you will get exposure to a world-class research and fabrication facility. You will contribute to our mission of semiconductor research, development, and manufacturing by creating custom software solutions to support our internal operations with regards to data automation, database structures/operations, user interfaces for data input/output, and data analysis services. Additional tasks may include: debug, maintain, and support existing code and software; clear documentation of practices/processes; etc.
Required Skills:
Programming skill desired. We value your experience in web-based front-end design (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), .NET framework (C#), Python, and general scripting. Knowledge of MS SQL databases is a plus.
Required Education:
Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related science/engineering field. This position is suitable for a student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
Physical Requirements:
Good documentation skill and positive attitude to learning new skills is required. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and drive to complete assigned tasks is essential.
Special Requirements:
US citizenship or permanent resident status required.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $22 – $35 per hour.
