Our client in Boca Raton is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. Our client is a leading real estate private equity company investing primarily in medical office, seniors housing, and student housing (through equity and debt platforms). They are looking to hire a real estate paralegal with experience who is energetic, motivated, eager to learn, a hard worker, and who exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The paralegal should have general commercial real estate experience.
- Compensation: $90K to $125K plus bonus/benefits
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in a real estate or law firm experience.
- Experience in single asset and portfolio transactions (both construction and operating assets).
- Experience in working on various closing documents, including but not limited to deeds, agreements, and all ancillary closing documents.
- Experience in running loan closings, including organizing checklists, following up on diligence items, drafting and reviewing operating agreements, consents, and other required documentation.
- Experience in real estate due diligence, including experience reviewing and solving title, survey, environmental and zoning issues.
