This job contributes to Starbucks success by partnering with store development managers in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retail stores, as well as all existing portfolio optimization responsibilities. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
As a real estate rep, you will…
- Coordinate real estate processes throughout the lifecycle of the project including preparing new real estate files, assisting development managers with letters of intent and packages.
- Inputs, updates and distributes site information and project schedules where appropriate
- Support store development managers in formulating and executing market strategies and tracks performance goals, pipeline reports and business plans.
- Assist store development managers with collecting and analyzing due diligence and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinates legal documentation with internal and external legal counsel.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Contract & lease administration experience
- Project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
- Exposure to commercial or retail industry experience
- Expert communicators
