As an ERP Manager, you will oversee a team of engineers who focus on system stability and business continuity. The right candidate synchronizes with business leadership and has proven ERP implementation experience.
Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS applications/systems and knowledge of system design, development, implementation, user support principles and practices.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of ERP management
- Proven cross-team collaboration, networking, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent Project and Change Management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Cargo Wise Professional Certification is a HUGE plus!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of engineers who operate and maintain the ERP platform, ensure system stability and business continuity.
- Manage the ERP change and deployment process, to ensure code accuracy.
- Engage with top business decision makers to identify and manage expectations and system usage experience.
- In coordination with core business units (accounting, operations, brokerage, sales, etc), lead the design and implementation of system functions to meet business requirements.
- Vendor management in terms of platform system support, consultation, and cost.
- System security design to ensure the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage, removal and/or modification.
Salary
- $90,000-$110,000/yr based on education and experience level.
