As an ERP Manager, you will oversee a team of engineers who focus on system stability and business continuity. The right candidate synchronizes with business leadership and has proven ERP implementation experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SaaS applications/systems and knowledge of system design, development, implementation, user support principles and practices.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of ERP management
  • Proven cross-team collaboration, networking, organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent Project and Change Management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Cargo Wise Professional Certification is a HUGE plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of engineers who operate and maintain the ERP platform, ensure system stability and business continuity.
  • Manage the ERP change and deployment process, to ensure code accuracy.
  • Engage with top business decision makers to identify and manage expectations and system usage experience.
  • In coordination with core business units (accounting, operations, brokerage, sales, etc), lead the design and implementation of system functions to meet business requirements.
  • Vendor management in terms of platform system support, consultation, and cost.
  • System security design to ensure the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage, removal and/or modification.

Salary

  • $90,000-$110,000/yr based on education and experience level.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
