Senior Administrative Associate – Legal

As a senior level administrative assistant on our house counsel legal teamyou’ll play a pivotal role to ensure our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars, reserving event locations, or managing travel arrangements. You’ll handle standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and physical mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. You’ll assist with fulfilling subpoena requests for records and provide support to house counsel staff. If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.

Candidates must live in California. The successfulcandidate will be based out of one of two locations: Irvine or Sherman Oaks. This is a hybrid remote role. The majority of our office teams are working remotely with in office work being voluntary. In the future, we expect team members to come into the office when business need requires it.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum five years of work experience in an administrative role, which should include experience overseeing the work of others

Preferred skills

  • Experience supporting a large staff in a professional business setting
  • Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working independently
  • Experience with medical records requesting or fulfilling subpoena requests for records

Compensation

  • $21.68-$29.61/hour depending on position level andgeographical location
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
