Position: Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Location: 680 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Works collaboratively with engineering, product management cross-functional peers, senior leaders/stakeholders to resolve enterprise technical program issues, drive mitigation plans, and update policies. Ensures planning through deep discovery, scope and feature set of programs, understand, articulate detailed technical requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Lead teams in technology component and service work decomposition, Cloud Platforms architecture, Capacity Management, Containers (Docker and Kubernetes), Telemetry, Enterprise Application Management and Deployment. Responsible for creating and consolidating project timeline. Act as agile lean coach to project teams and also communicate overall program health in a way that all levels of the organization can consume. Participates in multiple project and service management models (Agile, Waterfall, and ITSM) and associated tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Confluence). Understanding technical documentation, cloud program management, infrastructure terminologies and drive complicated projects to completion. Participates in product development for Platform products or Infrastructure which includes on-premises as well as Cloud technologies including Openstack, Azure,AWS, and GCP. Partners with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize and implement organization-wide processes. Demonstrates passion for details with the ability to ideate and problem solve actively with business leaders, product, and engineering stakeholders.. Identifies and manages critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collecting and analyzing project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Facilitates geographically distributed teams across global time zones. Evaluates the effectiveness of programs and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field and 2 years of technical program management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field and 5 years of technical program management experience.

Skills required: Experience configuring or implementing Container based and Orchestration techniques using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience creating Realtime analytic dashboards for leadership using Grafana, Prometheus, and Tableau. Experience implementing or configuring database technologies which includes No-SQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra as well as E-Business Suite, Fusion Middleware, Data Guard, and Database Administration. Experience implementing DevOps leveraging technologies including Jira, ServiceNow, Change Control, and DevOps for program success. Experience implementing different project management techniques to bring in process by leveraging models including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, ITIL, Scaled Agile, and Project Management methodologies. Experience implementing Conflict Resolution and Build and Release Management to avoid blockers. Experience implementing deployment techniques for continuous improvement and continuous delivery using Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Ansible. Experience implementing configuration log analyzing technologies using Splunk, AppDynamics, Akamai, Confluence, and Git. Experience implementing compute and storage technologies using SAN, NAS, and Storage. Experience implementing or configuring Cloud Architecture, AWS (Azure, GCP, OpenStack) for critical application migrations and building new cloud environments. Experience with Network Architecture for Application Migration and implementing Cloud build or onprem environment build. Experience implementing or configuring Front-end Using Interfaces including Apache JMeter, Terraform, Maven, Gradle, and ANT. Experience implementing or configuring Kintana, SQL Loader, and Enterprise to manage pinning of database objects and scheduling of jobs. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $229,258/year to $229,258/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
