Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. As a Manager, you will be key to growing our Last Mile Delivery program. The Last Mile Delivery team is focused on building out new propositions to fulfill the delivery segment from Walmart directly to the end consumer. You will be responsible to set up experimentation to test, learn and iterate modeling and simulation business cases for dedicated delivery. You will also own setting up success metrics, measuring mechanisms and publishing data readouts for these tests. You will also play a critical role in supporting one or more senior managers on the team in operationalizing new propositions. You will be a key player in growing last mile delivery program and connecting our stores to our customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and drive initiatives to establish foundational processes, with cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, stores, strategy, and analytics teams.
  • Drive experimentation and pilots to test out new ideas and/or capabilities.
  • Ensure operational readiness to support various last mile initiatives.
  • Support product planning & prioritization for quarterly and yearly roadmaps that align with strategic goals
  • Build a measurement mechanism to track and monitor metrics. Measuring success based on defined metrics and identify improvement plans.
  • Own and drive initiatives to improve performance, with cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, stores, finance, and analytics teams.
  • Assist leadership in decision-making on key initiatives by providing program/project management as well as implementation support

What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience in areas of operations, logistics, retail or e-commerce at a fast-growing company or management consulting at a top-tier firm
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders but also move fast by removing barriers
  • Have strong bias-to-action
  • Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, comfortable with ambiguities, and taking decisions independently

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
