The primary purpose of this position is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Business Evolution. This involves establishing a team of members who can effectively complete the project based on their skills, knowledge and experience with the subject and meeting with this team on a regular basis to track the progress and ensure the completion of the project. The Project Manager may be in charge of several projects simultaneously.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a schedule which will include both onsite as well as remote work certain days of the week as approved by their supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The project manager is responsible for developing, looking after and tracking every detail of the project. The planning process involves forming a team of experts required for effective completion of the project, documenting the projected resources, dates, and goals.
- The project manager should state the purpose of the whole project and assign the team members specific roles and tasks;
- A timeline and list of tasks and resources should be generated that will describe the project in detail and plot important dates, meetings, and prospective finish;
- The job of the project manager involves developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members, and serving as a link between both the parties;
- Project manager should see to it that all the projects under their supervision are going on smoothly. He should have the ability to shift between various projects;
- The project manager should prepare and present project reports on a regular basis.
- The project manager should conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss the status of the project and also to make necessary changes and improvements to achieve the desired results;
- It is the job of the project manager to supervise whether the team members are working efficiently and should have the capability to motivate and influence them to accomplish the given task successfully;
- Project manager should be able to deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients;
- After the project is completed, the project manager should conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the entire project and to discuss the results. Here, the project manager should provide an analysis which identifies key factors that led to the completion of the project, the obstacles and errors, and recommendations for improvement on future projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Personnel Management, Human Services or related field and two years’ previous experience working as a Project Manager. Certification as a project manager is required within eighteen (18) months of employment. Travel may be required.

Salary Range
$61,945 – $106,637/Annual Salary
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
