Pay range between $17-$19 hr. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Complete facility inspections throughout the operating day of the aquarium and grounds to ensure that the appearance and condition of property is aesthetically pleasing and creates a positive impact on guests.
- Communicate to departments of any areas that need to be addressed prior to opening and throughout the operating day.
- Assist with all receiving functions including: loading and unloading internal deliveries, local pick-ups and deliveries and completion and dissemination of all required paper work.
- Maintain and organize all back of house work areas and storage closet areas ensuring these areas are clean and free of debris
- Ensure that proper maintenance is provided to extend the useful life of company assets and the dependability of equipment.
- Ensure all cleanliness radio calls are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Comply with safety and security directives, policies and procedures.
- Carpet and Hard surface cleaning.
- Assist with various projects as needed: moving, installing and removing equipment/materials.
- Assist others within division as requested work requests or special projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Job Qualifications:
- high school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in custodial/maintenance experience
- General knowledge of commercial custodial techniques and procedures.
- Ability to identify customer service needs and develop systems that fulfill them.
- Ability to prioritize and complete daily work assignments on a timely basis.
- Knowledge and familiarity with computers and Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
- Disciplined record keeping and communication skills that reflect a high level of organization.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include holidays, weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- This position has been identified as Safety Critical with authorized operator requirements.
