Senior Associate, Media Planner

This position is an individual contributor with deep organizational and planning expertise to manage the coordination and monitoring of media campaigns and budget across internal/external stakeholder partners, internal media channel managers, and media AOR. Our campaigns range from upper funnel brand and sponsorships, cultural campaigns, to performance driven ROI in support of generating awareness, consideration, and incremental sales opportunities for our 12,000 agents. We are looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable on all digital and traditional media outlets including linear TV, CTV, paid search, social, programmatic, display, video, mobile as well as emerging media and new technology platforms. This position works closely with our Agencies, Brand, Digital Content, Web Properties, Analytics, Creative, and Consumer Insights teams.

Responsible For:

  • Coordinating, implementing, and monitoring media campaigns between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage highly complex and fluid annual budget, POs, and finance with media AOR and internal Finance teams
  • Compile and provide creative needs/specs for media campaigns
  • Create and manage master media campaign calendar and delivery dates
  • Help create and implement processes to improve efficiency of day to day tasks carried out by media managers and media AOR
  • Lead external media agency team to create, forecast, and execute media plans based on growth strategies
  • Partner closely with the media AOR to ensure timing, deadlines, and deliverables are documented and achieved
  • Responsible for collaboration with martech on advertising technology platform vetting, onboarding, and project management
  • Collaborate with other internal Media Managers on cohesive full funnel media strategies
  • Remaining abreast of industry updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the media planning landscape required
  • Strong competency and knowledge in developing and running multi-channel media campaigns within TV, CTV, Audio, Video, Display, Social, and SEM with various buying methodologies (CPM, CPC, and CPA), etc.
  • Deep hands on knowledge and experience with planning, buying, and optimizing on media buying and selling
  • Must be highly organized and able to coordinate many moving pieces and people at one time
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in creating and presenting plans and test strategies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Salary range: $105,000 – $ 125,000
