This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution and performance of the Paid Search program, with a focus on increasing ROI and overall sales and lead volume
- Partnering with our Agency, drive the strategy, test plan and growth agenda across other digital media channels, such as Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
- Implement manual and automated bidding techniques targeted at achieving CPA/CPL goals
- Conduct competitive and keyword research, testing new segments and keyword categories
- Based on account audits and analyses, make recommendations to increase campaign performance (e.g., day-parting, geo-targeting, audience segmentation, etc.)
- Produce ad hoc or recurring analytics reports for Strategy leaders
- Recommend test opportunities to improve ROI (e.g., destination testing, ad copy testing, etc.)
- Stay on top of and keep the team updated on industry trends and search engine changes and opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to create ads needed to grow and scale the digital media campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Experience with Paid Search and Facebook campaign management platforms, such as Marin Software, required
- Demonstrated ability to create ad-hoc reports and create actionable insights from the data
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be very organizational with strong attention to detail
- PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Must be an Excel power user
