Clubhouse Attendant

Great Opportunity for Flexible Hours!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend the front desk and amenities of the clubhouse for a large Homeowners Association.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean environment around the clubhouse and amenities, which includes basketball / pickle ball courts, fishing pier, three fitness and aerobics rooms, large pool / hot-tubs, and dining and recreation area.
  • Greeting and checking in all residents, visitors, employees and contractors.
  • Responding and completing all resident requests with proper documents and request forms ensuring satisfactory follow through on all problem resolution and resident / tenant requests.
  • Building relationships with residents / tenants to create a positive environment.
  • Monitor all amenities making sure to present an organized, clean and safe place for all residents, guest and employees by enforcing proper rules and procedures set by HOA Board and Management.
  • Cleaning and organizing all amenities / pool deck / dining area.

Full- Time Flexible schedule, but evenings and weekends a must

Pay Rate: $ up to 17 DOE
