Overall Objective and Purpose
Imaging, installation and support of the hardware and software infrastructure, teleconferencing, mobile devices and peripherals. The position is full time on-site (no remote) and is located in Reno, NV. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Image microcomputers along with troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues.
- Provides accurate, timely and creative solutions to end user computer and basic network problems to ensure client productivity.
- Basic understanding of teleconferencingvideo support including but not limited Microsoft Hubs, MS Teams, mobile applications.
- Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the clients’ locations to resolve problems using advanced troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Perform adhoc analysis, schedules, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in microcomputer based operating systems (Windows/Apple) and applications (particularly O365, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure User.
- Basic knowledge of desktop support and micro operating systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience installing desktops, laptops, able to move under and behind desks.
- Must work well under pressure, SVP support.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000 – $101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
