PepsiCo’s Global Real Estate team is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to support and lead change management and workplace activation initiatives associated with PepsiCo’s real estate portfolio. The Senior Analyst, Workplace Activation & Change Championship will develop and implement change management strategies to prepare leaders and associates alike for adopting new workplaces and new ways of working, aligned with ‘Work That Works’. This will involve stakeholder management and leadership of the change management workstream, collaborating with members of HR and Communications to design and implement day one experiences and beyond for associates at various PepsiCo sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholders and associates through end-to-end change management experience to prepare associates for working in a new office, an office merger, site closure or move
- Develop and implement robust change management plans, including communications and engagement activities to bring associates and leaders along in the process by partnering with local resources
- Deep understanding of change management principles and the ability to adapt to local sites
- Help to inform best practices for a positive workplace experience
- Support site openings and stay engaged for ongoing support for the months following the move
- Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process
- Help support large event planning efforts as needed focused on supply chain sites and ‘Rest-of-World’ (non-North American sites)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in event planning in stakeholder management, HR, Change Management or related field
- Communication and presentation experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree required
- High level of stakeholder management required

- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
- Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work through organizational complexity
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel – estimated at 25%
- Exceptional project management skills from beginning to end
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to bring new ideas to the team and the ability to bring them to fruition
- Confidence and professional presence around senior executives
- Team player who collaborates and works well among a diverse team
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- The role requires nimble thinking, independent decision-making, and the ability to build strong relationships and influence others
- The ideal candidate must be a motivated and flexible self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ideal candidate must also possess a deep understanding of change management best practices, an entrepreneurial spirit to help innovate in the workplace activation space to help create a positive experience for associates in the office
- This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as creativity and the ability to bring new ideas to life
- It is critical that the ideal candidate understands how to navigate organizational complexities and unique dynamics at different locations
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,000 to $105,000 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
