Job Description
As the SEO Director, you’ll be in charge of creating and executing an SEO plan, leading and managing a team, and guaranteeing that content is optimized to rank highly.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute natural strategies to maximize organic visibility, traffic, and revenue
- Improve on-page content to match searchers’ intent and enhance rankings
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to discover high-potential opportunities
- Perform competitor research and unearth hidden prospects
- Conduct technical SEO audits, prioritize problems, and implement solutions
- Create and lead link-building and PR campaigns
- Offer UX suggestions to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Manage content strategy for the blog
- Find and execute growth marketing opportunities that drive revenue
- Establish and manage an SEO team and external vendors
- Track, analyze, and measure site performance
- Collaborate with other marketing teams and channels (e.g. email and social) to promote organic growth
Qualifications
Successful SEO Director applicants will be within a commutable driving distance of the North East Philadelphia office.
Selection Criteria:
- Must have 7+ years of e-commerce SEO experience managing a team to deliver on executed strategies
- 2+ years of B2C eCommerce experience
- Must be able to work 4-Days In-Office (you can decide the days) + 1-Day Remote
- Advanced analytical skills and expertise with Google Analytics
- Must be authorized to work in the US without any work restrictions now or in the future
- Must have demonstrated commitment and longevity in previous roles, along with showcasing a history of accomplishment and progression
- Must have superior communication skills
