Cognizant is seeking an Oracle DBA for a full-time opportunity in Englewood, CO.
The annual salary for this role is between $110000 and $130000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities:
• Manage data/ Interfaces/ integration and build systems and processes for data to be used consistently, collaboratively, and securely across the Ascension.
• Strong knowledge of ASM, RAC, Migrations/Upgrades from 12c to 19c, Golden Gate
• Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses.
• Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects.
• Works with key stakeholders to develop and implement a plan for reviewing historical data, fixing incorrect data, identifying, and collecting missing data.
• Frame and conduct analysis using large structured and unstructured data sets with the goal of discovering meaningful insights and implications for people decisions.
• Automate jobs and Tableau together using python command/script.
• Excellent Tableau/Power BI skills, Experience in creating solutions for mid-large sized companies with Advanced SQL server relational database and development experience as well as in Microsoft technologies SSIS, SSRS, Informatica, SQL server, and related technologies.
• Evaluate Alteryx tool for tableau for better performance data pipeline creation.
Qualifications:
- 10 + years of managing oracle and related development experience.
- Oracle DBA with Exadata DB Knowledge
- Experience in creating solutions for Oracle relational database.
- Experience in oracle 19c database administration and upgrade/migrations.
- Having experience in managing SSIS, SSRS, Informatica package.
- Experience in managing GG replication.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery scenarios.
- Development skills in creating tableau dashboard for databases.
