JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 Per Hour
Shift: Day shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees CMMS system, tools, equipment, vehicle supplies, machinery, and department expendables
- Assist Facility Manager with Capital Expenditure request process (CAR) for maintenance equipment replacements, new equipment purchases, and all CAPEX projects
- Assist Facility Manager in overseeing entire vehicle fleet as well as lift equipment
- Establish strong working partnerships with all vendors and suppliers
- Purchase and manage spare parts and repair parts for all production machinery and vehicle fleet
- Control and maintain organization of the tool tracking system and spare parts inventory using supply control software
Qualifications
- Strong administrative background with ability to multi-task
- Working background in supply ordering, supply chain management, or project management
Equipment / Tools Used:
- Majority of work to be performed in the office at a desk location using Microsoft based software and hardware
- Occasional overtime as needed to ensure project success
