WHOLESALE PLANNER – CHLOE, NEW YORK
Role Overview
Chloe is seeking a Wholesale Planner to support the wholesale team in crafting and executing strategies to evolve and elevate the brand and drive growth through insightful commercial analysis. This entrepreneurial and motivated individual will collaborate effectively internally and externally to drive strong sales productivity, profitability, and partnership with our retailers. The Planner will develop and maintain best-in-class processes, reporting and tools including strategic seasonal OTB planning, replenishment programs, inventory management and financial sales forecasts and leverage analysis to develop and present key strategic actions to meet financial goals. This hybrid position is based in New York City and will report to the Vice President of Wholesale.
Responsibilities
- Expeditiously manage all aspects of reporting for wholesale by client/category/store (weekly sales reporting, OTB, monthly, seasonal, annual recaps, financial forecasts, bookings, wholesale support budget)
- Analyze and interpret reporting to develop, present and collaborate on key strategic actions to drive business
- Manage inventory, replenishment and dropship program while identifying opportunities and minimizing risks
- Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business
- Develop presentations for executive-level review
Qualifications
- 5+ years planning and/or wholesale experience is required.
- Advanced Retail Math and Excel skills are required.
- Advanced analytical skills; Ability to leverage data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive strategic actions
- Ability to identify, introduce and implement new process improvements.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally and externally to achieve objectives
- Strong knowledge of and experience managing large data sets from various sources and platforms
- Strong communication skills.
- Thrives in a high growth, fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment; efficient, agile and adaptive to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university

Expected Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
