Title: Digital Project Manager
Location: New York, NY
Department/Discipline: Project Management
Digital Project Managers will have a hands-on project management role within our Digital Production & Project Management department. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and the shepherding of digital projects, from initiation to final completion. Digital project managers work closely with our account managers, digital producers, creative team members, and execution team members on assigned business units and brands. They ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables are on track. Responsibilities include the creation of timelines, daily hot sheets, creation and maintenance of project trackers, ensuring adherence to agency processes, and internal project communication.
Your core digital responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and manage project plans and events; facilitate preparation and execution of digital projects and strategy cross-department
- Orchestrate day-to-day project management activities on assigned brands – creating project timelines, internal status reports, daily hot sheets, end of day lists and various other project management tasks – such as routing, file storage, and reporting
- Lead internal communication of project status and prioritization for team members on a regular basis
- Update and distribute internal and external status/timeline sheets
- Set up projects and assist in the preparation of submissions for Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review within clients’ respective systems
- Manage routing of assigned projects cross-department- Writing, Design, Video, Development and other internal departments
- Manage external routing to 3rd party media partners
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects assigned by senior project manager, while paying strong attention to detail
- Routing of projects to appropriate team members, adhering to Agency process and ensuring quality control
- Gain working knowledge of Clients’ systems and procedures for tracking projects, submissions, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in an agency setting or marketing related role
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
- Proven industry experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Digital Producer
- Working knowledge of email development, banner development, web development, iVisAid development, and various digital media assets preferred
- Experience with Project Management software – Smartsheets, Ziflow, Adobe Suite, MS Teams/Office or equivalent softwares
- Nimbleness to switch priorities easily and propose solutions as strategies and tactics pivot
- Strong familiarity with project management software methodologies and best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
