The Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor reports to the Sr. Director Talent Management and Organizational Development and is responsible at the global level of implementing organizational development strategies including talent management processes, performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, organizational design consultation, retention, succession pipeline and data analytics, high potential development, and executive development. The person will partner with the business, HR and manage external vendors to ensure effective OD, Talent Management and Global Learning Programs.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Sr Director Talent Management and OD and in partnership with HRBPs design and execute talent management/succession management processes, performance management, employee engagement surveys, Inclusion and Diversity programs and initiatives, team effectiveness, high potential development and executive development programs. Implementation may include but is not limited to:

  • Consults with and Educate HRBPs on the enterprise-wide Talent Review and Succession Planning process
  • Partners with HRBPs to ensure actions are taken as a result of Talent Reviews with High Potentials and Successors
  • Reviews talent analytics to note opportunities in retention strategies, talent gaps and succession
  • Drives corporate engagement surveys including integration tactics
  • Serves as a thought Partner to HRBPs and the Inclusion and Diversity team on Talent Management/OD initiatives to build a more diverse, inclusive and robust internal talent pool to support the future growth of Zebra
  • Leverages leadership assessment tools to coach and develop leaders
  • Designs, develops and implements global leadership development programs for high potential, senior level employees to support succession planning and leadership development needs globally
  • Facilitates Global Enterprise Learning Programs e.g. Zebra Foundations, Inclusive Leadership, Culture Workshops, Leadership Essentials Learning Circles in support of the Global Learning and Development team
  • Possibly manages a small team in the future

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience including 6+ years of Organizational Development, Learning, Talent Management or Human Resources experience

  • Strong Facilitation, Consulting, Communication, Coaching and Influencing levels across organizational levels and geographies.

  • Customer/client focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions and business groups.
  • Licenses/Certifications, special qualifications: Recognized HR qualifications desirable
  • Hybrid work schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL required
  • 10% domestic travel

Salary: USD 89900.00 – USD 134900.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
